Within the first and second resettlement programme, UNHCR as well as civil and clerical organisations were requested by the Ministry of the Interior to identify candidates for admission and make referrals. Within the third resettlement programme, submissions were only made by UNHCR. The procedural steps listed in this table refer to all programmes.
