On 6 May 2025, the Directorate for European Affairs, International Relations and EU Funds approved the direct allocation of funds for the AMIF project "Improving Accommodation and Working Conditions in the Reception Centre for Foreigners in Ježevo – Phase III."
The project aims to enhance living conditions for third-country nationals and other irregular migrants housed in the centre, as well as improve the working environment for police and civil servants.
The total project value is €680,000 (including VAT), co-financed 75% by the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF) and 25% by the State Budget.
