The Ministry of Justice and Public Security and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs have prepared a new return strategy for the period 2025/2030. The strategy aims at achieving a controlled and sustainable migration in the country.
The following five focus areas apply to the strategy period:
Efficient and legally secure returns;
Cooperation and coordination nationally;
European return cooperation;
Cooperation with countries of origin;
Sustainable return and reintegration.
