The order provides that The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland is designated as a safe third country for the purposes of the International Protection Act 2015 (No. 66 of 2015). "United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland" includes the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.
