New figures published by the Spanish Permanent Immigration Observatory (OPI) shows that as of 30 June 2026, a total of 353.009 Ukrainians held a valid residence permit in Spain, representing an increase of 8.2% in the last year. Figures show that, out of them, 76% (around 262.800 people) are beneficiary of temporary protection, while the rest have long-term residence permits.
