The Foundation for Access to Rights submits contribution to the EUAA monitoring exercise concerning Bulgaria

The Foundation for Access to Rights – FAR announced that they contributed to the EUAA monitoring exercise concerning the practical implementation of the Common European Asylum System in the Republic of Bulgaria.

Based on their expertise, the organisation contributed with findings on the five criteria identified by EUAA as particularly relevant for the organisation’s work: 1) accessible free legal counselling and free legal assistance and representation; 2) timely and effective information provision and access to information (asylum procedure and reception); 3) timely and effective information provision and access to information (asylum procedure and reception); 4) timely and effective information provision and access to information (asylum procedure and reception) and 5) timely and effective access to essential rights and services.
