Foundation for Access to Rights submits contribution to the EUAA monitoring exercise in Bulgaria

In the context of the first EUAA monitoring exercise of CEAS implementation, in which Bulgaria is among the first three Member States to undergo the process, the Foundation for Access to Rights (FAR) announced that they have contributed to the exercise based on their expertise.

The organisation contributed with findings on the five criteria identified by the EUAA as particularly relevant for the organisation’s work: i) accessible free legal counselling and free legal assistance and representation; ii) timely and effective information provision and access to information (asylum procedure and reception); iii) timely identification and assessment of the need for special guarantees; and iv) timely and effective access to essential rights and services.
