The Supreme Administrative Court will exchange information on administrative cases entirely electronically
The Supreme Administrative Court informed, that as of 1st July 2026, it will exchange information on administrative cases entirely electronically with administrative bodies, including the State Agency for Refugees.
The administrative bodies will start sending case files entirely electronically to the court, ending the practice of exchanging multi-volume paper files between the administration and the courts.
This change will significantly shorten the time for processing cases, reducing the administrative burden and speeding up the judicial process.
