The Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF) launched the new AMIF Project Atlas, an interactive digital map which displays all funded projects.
The AMIF Project Atlas shows approved AMIF projects in all federal states. Each project organiser is shown on the map with a pin. Initiatives located close to one another are automatically displayed as circles through a process known as clustering.
Users can view key details including the project name, project organiser, funding subject, approved funding amount and a brief description about the initiative.
BAMF has been managing the AMIF 2021–2027 funds on behalf of the Federal Ministry of the Interior.
Since 2021, AMIF funds supported over 400 projects in Germany in the areas of asylum, integration, return and solidarity with Member States.
