The Ministry of Labor and Social Policies updated the FAQs regarding the Inclusion Allowance (ADI) to provide clarifications on the access to the allowance for holders of residence permits for "special cases" pursuant to Articles 18, 18-bis, and 18-ter of Legislative Decree No. 286/1998 (Consolidated Immigration Act), reflecting the new guidance adopted by INPS Circular No. 58 of May 20, 2026.
Among the points covered are the eligibility requirements (citizenship, residency, income, and property requirements are not required), the method for calculating the amount, and the duration of the benefit.
