The Senate's Research Service published the documentation dossier in view of the joint Constitutional Affairs and Justice Committees consultation process of bill no. 1939, converting into law Decree-Law no. 100/2026 , containing urgent provisions on justice and for the implementation of the EU Pact on Migration and Asylum of 14 May 2024. Informal hearings are scheduled for 24 and 25 June.
