IPAT publishes guidelines on taking evidence from appellants and other witnesses zzzzzz

The Chairperson of the International Protection Appeals Tribunal has issued Guideline No. 2026/2 on Taking Evidence from Appellants and Other Witnesses. The guideline provides guidance for the basic principles in taking evidence by the tribunal, the use of interpreters, pre-hearing and at-hearing matters, oaths, witnesses, and combined hearings.
