Following the entry into force of the Pact on Migration and Asylum, the French Office for the Protection of Refugees and Stateless Persons OFPRA informs about the changes regarding asylum applications lodged on or after Friday 12 June 2026.
In this regard, OFPRA has updated the asylum application form and guidance notes to reflect the changes and to ensure that users are informed.
OFPRA has also compiled a glossary containing new terminology used in the European texts.
OFPRA summarises the main changes in the asylum procedure on its website.
