The Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migrations publishes the government portal for the procedure of regularisation of migrants

The Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migrations published a web portal with information on the procedure for the regularisation of migrants recently approved by the Royal Decree 316/2026 of 14 April. 

Through the Portal, applicants can initiates the procedure, verify if they meet the requirements, request for an appointment and check the lists of entities which officially collaborate with the administration for this procedure. 

The Portal also includes a section on Frequently Asked Questions, video-tutorials about the procedure and informative notes for different types of applicants (e.g. applicants for international protection).
