Ministry approves new electronic registry of organisations supporting people who apply for regularisation

The Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration approved Order ISM/164/2026 which created an electronic registry of organisations which want to support people processing their application for regularisation.

The registry is available to the most representative trade union at the state or regional level and non-profit organisations working in the field of migration and international protection for at least 3 years prior to the date of the application for registration.

All organisations must demonstrate at least 2 years of experience supporting foreign nationals in activities such as care, counseling, social integration or administrative procedures for migrants. Furthermore, they must be up-to-date with their tax obligations and have no criminal record or sanctions.

The collaborators will provide assistance to applicants free of charge.
