The Agency for Integration, Migration and Asylum AIMA and the Portuguese Bar Association signed a Code of Good Practices for Lawyers and Trainee Lawyers providing services in AIMA's branch offices on 16 April 2024.
This protocol marks the conclusion of a process of institutional dialogue that began several months ago and aims to streamline procedures and reduce waiting times. It also provides for specific consultation hours for lawyers and trainee lawyers.
