The Ministry of the Interior and Administration announced (Journal of Laws, Items 370 and 371) that, as of 27 April 2026, applications for temporary residence permits, permanent residence permits and EU long-term resident permits must be submitted through the new MOS ICT system.
Applicants for a CUKR residence card, previously beneficiaries of temporary protection, will be required to apply for residence through the new new MOS Portal as of 4 May 2026.
