The Ministry of Labour and Social Inclusion reports that approximately half of working-age displaced persons from Ukraine are currently employed

The Ministry of Labour and Social Inclusion reports that 48% of working-age displaced persons from Ukraine are currently employed. They mostly work in health and social services, wholesale and retail trade, repair of motor vehicles, accommodation and food service activities, and manufacturing.

All the country's municipalities have settled displaced people from Ukraine since 2022. Troms is currently the county with the highest proportion of Ukrainians aged 20–66 in employment.
