Minister responsible for asylum and migration meets Speaker of the Hungarian National Assembly

The Minister for Home Affairs, Security and Employment, Byron Camilleri, met with the Speaker of the Hungarian National Assembly during an official visit in Malta. The two discussed various topics including irregular migration. The Minister gave an overview of the achievements and the positive results Malta obtained in relation to irregular migration, citing a system that ensures that assistance is given to those in need and who are refugees while being hard on those who abuse the system.
