The Ministry of Home Affairs announced that the temporary protection regime was extended for an additional year, until 4 March 2027.
Biometric cards that were issued to beneficiaries of temporary protection with an expiration date of 4 March 2026 must be renewed. The renewal is necessary for the right to remain in Luxembourg, the right to work and the right to receive material assistance provided by the Luxembourg State.
