UNHCR provided its observations on the draft Asylum Law published for public discussion and inter-institutional consultation on 4 June 2026.
The organisation focuses on fundamental rights monitoring mechanism, legal counselling, legal assistance, and representation, screening and identification of persons with vulnerabilities, restrictions on movement, detention and alternatives to detention.
