The Ministry of the Interior submitted a package of proposals for the draft Immigration Law. Part of the submitted proposals complement the action plan already developed by the Ministry of the Interior and approved by the Cabinet of Ministers to strengthen the control of third-country nationals.
It is also planned to amend the regulation by increasing sanctions for administrative violations committed by foreigners and tighter control related to studies.
