The fund will enable communities across Ireland to play a greater role in promoting the integration of migrants and contributing to projects that promote integration of all people from a migrant background, with dedicated assistance for projects supporting people applying for international protection.
There are three streams of funding available for open to applications from non-government and community organisations:
- Scheme 1 will provide grants between EUR 100,000-300,000 for large-scale integration projects run over a period of up to 3 years;
- Scheme 2 will provide grants between EUR 15,000-100,000 for large-scale integration projects run over a period of up to 1 year;
- Scheme 3 will provide grants between EUR 1,000-10,000 for local community integration projects.
