Joint Ministerial Decision on an internship program for refugees and immigrants

The Joint Ministerial Decision aims to strengthens social cohesion and employment, through the organized integration of refugees and immigrants into the labour market. It sets out the terms and conditions of the new internship program for refugees and migrants, which is funded by the Recovery and Resilience Fund. The program provides third-country nationals legally residing in Greece with the opportunity to participate in practical training in real working conditions, with the aim of developing skills and accessing the labor market. The actions cover key sectors such as agriculture, construction, tourism, while special programs are provided for women, enhancing employment opportunities and social inclusion.
