The safe country of origin list, as decided by the management board of the French Office for the Protection of Refugees and Stateless Persons (OFPRA), has been published on 3 June 2026 and applies as of 12 June 2026 with the entry of the Pact on Migration and Asylum.
Armenia, Cabo Verde, Mauritius and Mongolia have been added to the list, which is available on OFPRA’s website here.
