With the entry into application of the Pact on Migration and Asylum, a Ministerial Circular (NOR: INTV2615721C) sets out the new provisions which are applicable as of 12 June 2026, the regulatory changes introduced by European regulations and their operational implications for the various stakeholders concerned.
