Government replies to findings and recommendations of CPT report

The government provided responses to the findings and recommendations made by the CPT during its April 2025 visit to Cyprus. It outlines the measures to address the issues that were raised, highlights ongoing reforms and reaffirms Cyprus’ commitment to uphold the highest standards of humane treatment and the rule of law. The government requested the response to be published.
