The State Agency for Refugees under the Council of Ministers (SAR) organised a joint meeting between state authorities and civil society organisations to discuss the creation of a sustainable care model for unaccompanied minors. In partnership with UNICEF, IOM and four municipalities, the SAR is implementing a pilot project for the creation of alternative social services for unaccompanied refugee children, funded by AMIF.
