The Foundation for Access to Rights publishes guide on strategic litigation for lawyers and civil society organisations

The Foundation for Access to Rights published a ‘Guide on strategic litigation for lawyers and civil society organizations: Strategies to end immigration detention of children through international remedies.’  The guide was developed by the International Commission of Jurists (ICJ) which is composed of up to 60 eminent judges and lawyers from all regions of the world. 

The guide is intended to support lawyers, civil society organisations and other stakeholders involved in strategic human rights litigation, with a focus on immigration detention of children, and alternatives to immigration detention of children.
