The NGO Collective Aid published a briefing called Needs Assessment Bulgaria and mentioned current issues and recommended certain actions to ensure protection of fundamental rights.
The four main recommendations concern: rights at the border, criminalisation of humanitarian aid, poor reception conditions and lack of legal support.
