The agency aims to work towards a reliable and flexible reception system that reinforces applicants’ autonomy and cares for vulnerabilities, a highly-performing internal organisation built on the well-being and development of staff, an efficient collaboration with stakeholders and factual communication.
The management plan establishes 12 strategic objectives for realising these goals:
- Tailored and quality basic capacity with flexible buffer capacity;
- Different reception paths for different residents profiles, and by reception phases;
- Daily support adapted to the needs of applicants;
- Offering an orientation for the future that strengthens applicants’ autonomy;
- A resilient organisation that sets priorities and dares to adjust them;
- A results-oriented organisation that learns and improves;
- A dynamic and attractive organisation for its employees;
- Support services providing the necessary resources in a transparent and targeted way;
- Aligned with the main partners;
- Supporter of the chain collaboration in Belgium and Europe;
- Continuous dialogue with public authorities and stakeholders in key areas;
- Actively contributing to image and knowledge development.
