The Chairman of the State Agency for Refugees visited reception centres in Bany, Harmanli and Pastrogor to assess operations and undertake a comprehensive analysis of the needs of reception centres in order to gradually improve their functioning and work processes. The Chairman held meetings with directors and teams of the centres to understand compliance with procedures and coordination with the Ministry of the Interior’s departments, local authorities and international organisations (UNHCR, IOM) and the EUAA.
