The Ministry of Justice and Public Security is conducting a consultation on proposed amendments to the Immigration Act and the Immigration Regulation for the implementation of the Regulation on Asylum and Migration Management (AMMR) and the Regulation on the handling of crisis situations and force majeure in the area of migration and asylum (the Crisis Regulation). The consultation deadline is 7 October 2025.
