On 25 February 2026, a structured dialogue was held by the Ministry of Immigration and Asylum with civil society organizations active in issues of international protection, migration and social integration. The meeting offered an opportunity to the Reception and Identification Service to present and discuss with civil society its Child Protection Policy. The aim of the policy is to ensure the rights of minors in accommodation structures. The importance of the ongoing State-NGO dialogue was emphasized, while prevention strategies and specialized training of staff were presented, guided by the principle of the best interests of the child.
