The EUAA Database on International Protection in Europe (DIP) documents the functioning of the Common European Asylum System (CEAS) in 30 EU+ countries (EU Member States, Iceland, Norway and Switzerland). It specifically addresses the information needs of policymakers, officials within national asylum and reception administrations, and other experts in the field of asylum and reception.
The database was designed in close cooperation with national administrations, which review country information through a validation process. Information in DIP is supplemented by jurisprudential developments in the EUAA Case Law Database.
This database is currently under development and is being actively updated with new content.
